脂联素对动物内质网应激的调控作用研究进展OA

Research Progress on the Regulatory Effect of Adiponectin on Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress in Animals

内质网应激是畜禽机体细胞应对蛋白质折叠失衡的关键反应,与脂肪性肝病、家禽卵泡闭锁、奶牛乳腺炎、奶牛酮病、肠炎等多种疾病密切相关.脂联素是由脂肪组织分泌的具有调控糖脂代谢、胰岛素增敏、抗炎、抗氧化应激、调控细胞凋亡和自噬等生物学效应的一种多效性激素.研究发现脂联素能通过 AMPK/PPARα/mTOR 等多条信号通路调控内质网应激、蛋白质和脂质合成,以及细胞的凋亡与存活,改善机体炎症与糖脂代谢,在畜禽相关疾病中发挥重要作用.本文对内质网应激及其重要的信号通路、内质网应激对畜禽相关疾病的影响,以及脂联素通过多通路协同调控内质网应激改善相关疾病过程等进行综述,以期为探讨靶向内质网应激的临床药物开发及畜禽应激调控提供新思路.

Endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress is a key response of animal cells to protein folding imbalance,closely related to various diseases such as fatty liver disease,poultry follicular atresia,bovine mastitis,bovine ketosis,enteritis,etc.Adiponectin is a multifunctional hormone secreted by adipose tissue that has biological effects such as regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,insulin sensitization,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant stress,regulating cell apoptosis and autophagy.Researches have indicated that adiponectin can regulate ER stress,protein and lipid synthesis,as well as cell apoptosis and survival through multiple signaling pathways such as AMPK/PPAR α/mTOR,improving inflammation and glucose and lipid metabolism in the body,and playing an important role in livestock and poultry related diseases.This article reviews ER stress and its important signaling pathways,the impact of ER stress on livestock and poultry related diseases,and the synergistic regulation of ER stress by adiponectin through multiple pathways to improve the process of related diseases.The aim is to provide new ideas for the development of clinical drugs targeting ER stress and the regulation of livestock and poultry stress.
