Current Situation,Conservation and Utilisation of Donkey Germplasm Resources
驴是我国重要的特色家畜遗传资源,也曾是我国主要的役畜之一,具有肉用、皮用、乳用等多方面的经济价值.近年来,我国驴以每年约 30 万头的数量递减,多个品种面临危险状态甚至濒临灭绝的风险.本文系统梳理了我国驴资源的现状及其多重价值,深入分析了当前驴产业面临的主要挑战,包括种质资源保护不足、养殖效率低下、产品开发滞后等问题.在此基础上,本文探讨了科学有效的驴种质资源保护与利用策略,提出通过建立保种场和实施系统选育计划,结合基因组学等现代生物技术手段,加强驴种质资源的保护与开发.本文旨在为驴种质资源的保护与高效利用提供理论与实践指导,助力驴产业转型升级.
As a vital component of China's characteristic livestock genetic resources,the donkey was also once one of the country's major draft animals,with important economic value in a number of areas,including meat,skin,and dairy products.In recent years,China's donkey population has been declining at a rate of around 300,000 a year,with several local breeds facing the risk of endangerment.This study systematically reviews the current status and multifaceted values of donkey resources in China and conducts an in-depth analysis of the primary challenges facing the donkey industry,including inadequate protection of germplasm resources,low breeding efficiency,and lagging product development.Based on this analysis,we discuss scientific and effective strategies for the conservation and utilization of donkey germplasm resources.Proposed strategies include establishing specialized breeding farms,implementing comprehensive breeding programs,and leveraging genomic and other modern biotechnologies to enhance germplasm conservation.Additionally,the study suggests optimising large-scale breeding practices,enhancing the integration capacity of the industrial chain,and developing high value-added products to promote the sustainable development of the donkey industry.This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the protection and efficient utilization of donkey germplasm resources and to support the transformation and upgrading of China's donkey industry.
