自拟化痰醒神方联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的临床效果OA
Clinical Effect of Self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula Combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture in the Treatment of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment
目的:探讨自拟化痰醒神方联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)的临床效果.方法:选取 2023 年 5 月—2025 年 5 月新余市中医院收治的 90 例PSCI患者,按随机数字表法分为中药组(n=30)、针刺组(n=30)和联合治疗组(n=30).中药组予自拟化痰醒神方治疗,针刺组予醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,联合治疗组予自拟化痰醒神方联合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗.三组均治疗 2 周.治疗前后比较三组 MoCA 评分、改良 Barthel 指数(MBI)评分及中医证候积分,并通过中医证候积分变化评估疗效.结果:治疗后,三组MoCA、MBI评分均较治疗前升高,且联合治疗组显著高于中药组、针刺组(P<0.05).治疗后,三组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且联合治疗组显著低于中药组、针刺组(P<0.05).治疗后,联合治疗组总有效率高于中药组、针刺组(P<0.05).结论:自拟化痰醒神方联合醒脑开窍针刺法能显著改善 PSCI 患者的认知功能、日常生活能力,且其疗效优于单一疗法.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Method:A total of 90 patients with PSCI admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to May 2025 were selected.They were divided into the TCM group(n=30),acupuncture group(n=30)and combination therapy group(n=30)using the random number table method.The TCM group was treated with the self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula,the acupuncture group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,the combination therapy group was treated with self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture.All three groups were treated for 2 weeks.The MoCA scores,modified Barthel index(MBI)scores,and the TCM symptoms scores of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated based on the changes of TCM syndromes scores.Result:After the treatment,the scores of MoCA and MBI in three groups increased compared to those before the treatment,and those in the combination therapy group were significantly higher than those of the TCM group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in three groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the combination therapy group was significantly lower than that in the TCM group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total effective rate of the combination therapy group was higher than that of the TCM group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Huatan Xingshen Formula combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can significantly improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of patients with PSCI,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of the single therapy.
