依洛尤单抗联合他汀类药物治疗冠状动脉多支病变不完全血运重建患者的临床效果OA
Clinical Effect of Evolocumab Combined with Statins in the Treatment of Patients with Incomplete Revascularization of Multivessel Coronary Artery Disease
目的:探讨依洛尤单抗联合他汀类药物治疗冠状动脉多支病变不完全血运重建(IR)患者的临床效果.方法:选取2022年10月—2024年3月就诊于阳光融和医院的冠脉多支病变IR患者300例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各 150 例.两组均接受标准化基础治疗,对照组采用他汀类药物行降脂治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联用依洛尤单抗,两组均持续治疗 4 周.观察两组血脂水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,试验组 TC、TG、LDL-C 水平低于对照组,HDL-C 水平及总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:依洛尤单抗联合他汀类药物可有效改善冠状动脉多支病变 IR 患者的血脂水平,提高临床疗效,且不会增加不良反应发生风险.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Evolocumab combined with statins in the treatment of patients with incomplete revascularization(IR)of multivessel coronary artery disease.Method:A total of 300 patients with IR of multivessel coronary artery disease who visited Sunshine Union Hospital from October 2022 to March 2024 were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.Both groups received standardized basic treatment.The control group was treated with statins for lipid reduction,and the experimental group was treated with Evolocumab in addition to the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The lipid levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Result:After the treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of HDL-C and the total effective rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Evolocumab combined with statins can effectively improve the lipid levels of patients with IR of multivessel coronary artery disease,improve the clinical efficacy,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
