Research Progress on Intelligent Breeding Management Technology of Goats

近几年,物联网、人工智能及大数据技术逐步运用到畜牧业中,推动山羊养殖从经验驱动向数据驱动转型.目前,传统山羊养殖仍存在配种率不高、流产和羔羊死亡率偏高等问题,制约山羊繁殖效益提升.针对上述问题,国内外学者在山羊发情监测、精准配种、妊娠和分娩管理、行为追踪以及多源数据融合等方面开展了大量研究.本文系统梳理了近几年山羊智慧繁殖管理研究进展,介绍了传感器、影像识别、机器学习和物联网平台的应用,分析了目前技术运用的难点以及未来发展方向,以期为山羊智慧养殖实践提供参考.

In recent years,the Internet of Things(IoT),artificial intelligence(AI),and big data technologies have been gradually applied to the livestock industry,promoting the transformation of goat breeding from experience-driven to data-driven.Currently,traditional goat breeding still faces problems such as low mating rates,high rates of abortion and lamb mortality,which restrict the improvement of goat reproductive efficiency.In response to these issues,scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive researches in this area such as estrus monitoring,precise mating,pregnancy and delivery management,behavior tracking,and multi-source data fusion.This article systematically reviews the research progress in smart reproduction management of goats in recent years,introduces the application of sensors,image recognition,machine learning,and IoT platforms,analyzes the current technical application difficulties and future development directions,with the aim of providing references for the practice of smart goat breeding.
