基于"督原同调"理论针刺合督脉灸治疗肝郁化火型失眠的效果研究OA
A Study on the Effect of Acupuncture Based on the Theory of"Du-Yuan Harmonization"Combined with Du Meridian Moxibustion in Treating Insomnia of Liver Qi Stagnation Transforming into Fire Syndrome
目的:探究基于"督原同调"理论针刺合督脉灸治疗肝郁化火型失眠的效果,为优化中医特色治疗方案提供依据.方法:采用随机数字表法将 2024 年 1 月—2025 年 1 月于九江市中医医院就诊的 100 例肝郁化火型失眠患者分为治疗组与对照组,各 50 例.治疗组接受基于"督原同调"理论针刺合督脉灸治疗,对照组接受基于"督原同调"理论针刺治疗,两组均连续治疗 3 个月.比较两组临床疗效、睡眠质量[失眠严重程度指数(ISI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及生活质量[WHO生活质量评定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)].结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率较对照组高,治疗后ISI评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:基于"督原同调"理论针刺合督脉灸疗法,通过协同发挥督脉通阳、原穴调神的作用,利于改善肝郁化火型失眠患者的睡眠质量,提高其生活质量,为中医从"调督理原"角度论治失眠提供了实证支持.
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture based on the theory of"Du-Yuan harmonization"combined with the Du meridian moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia of liver Qi stagnation transforming into fire syndrome,and to provide a basis for optimizing the characteristic treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:A total of 100 patients with insomnia of liver Qi stagnation transforming into fire syndrome who were treated at Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group received acupuncture based on the theory of"Du-Yuan harmonization"combined with the Du meridian moxibustion,while the control group received acupuncture based on the theory of"Du-Yuan harmonization".Both groups underwent continuous treatment for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality[insomnia severity index(ISI),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],and quality of life[the World Health Organization quality of life brief questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)]were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate after the treatment in the treatment group was higher,after the treatment,the ISI score and PSQI score were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group,and the WHOQOL-BREF scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture based on the theory of"Du-Yuan harmonization"combined with the Du meridian moxibustion is conducive to improving the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with insomnia of liver Qi stagnation transforming into fire syndrome by synergistically enhancing the Yang-activating effect of the Du meridian and the spirit-regulating function of Yuan-points,providing empirical support for the treatment of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of"Du-Yuan harmonization".
