七子明目合剂雾化熏蒸治疗中老年白内障术后干眼症的临床效果OA

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of nebulization fumigation with Qizi Mingmu Compound in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery in middle and old age patients.Method:A total of 130 middle and old age patients with dry eye after cataract surgery who were admitted to Department of Ophthalmology,Wuhan Orthopaedics Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with nebulization fumigation with Qizi Mingmu Compound on this basis.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The TCM syndromes scores,subjective symptoms,ocular surface function and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and ocular surface disease index(OSDI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,tear meniscus height(TMH)was higher than that in the control group,and the length of Schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠt)and breakup time of tear film(BUT)were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nebulization fumigation with Qizi Mingmu Compound can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of dry eye after cataract surgery in middle and old age patients,and improve the ocular surface function and clinical efficacy.
