农村人居生态环境质量评价体系构建研究OA
Research on the Construction of Evaluation System for Ecological Environment Quality of Rural Human Settle-ments
目前我国农村人居生态环境质量亟待改善,而现有的评价指标体系和方法仍不完善.因此,构建适用于我国农村人居生态环境质量评价的指标体系与方法,对农村人居生态环境质量提升具有重要意义.该研究首先利用压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型构建了农村人居生态环境质量评价体系,进一步运用层次分析法确定了各指标权重.PSR模型结果表明,构建的农村人居生态环境质量评价指标体系包含5个农村人居生态环境环境压力指标,5个农村人居生态环境环境状态指标,以及4个农村人居生态环境环境响应指标.层次分析法结果表明,压力指标、状态指标与响应指标的权重分别为0.154、0.573和0.273,因此,状态指标为影响农村人居生态环境质量的主要指标.在指标层中,绿化覆盖率、卫生厕所普及率与生活污水治理率对农村人居生态环境环境的影响较大,3种指标的指标权重分别为0.197、0.124和0.104.为农村人居生态环境质量评价提供了理论依据.
The quality of China's rural human settlement ecological environment urgently requires improvement,and the lack of a comprehensive evaluation index system and methodology poses a significant challenge.Consequently,developing a tailored evaluation framework is critical for advancing rural human settlement ecological environment quality.This study con-structs an evaluation system for rural human settlement ecological environment quality using the Pressure-State-Response(PSR)model and determines indicator weights through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The PSR model results demonstrate that the evaluation system consists of 14 indicators,including 5 pressure indicators,5 state indicators,and 4 response indicators.AHP analysis reveals that the weights for pressure,state,and response indicators are 0.154,0.573,and 0.273,respectively,with state indicators serving as the dominant factor.At the operational level,green coverage rate(0.197),sanitary toilet penetration rate(0.124),and domestic sewage treatment rate(0.104)exhibit the highest im-pacts on rural human settlement ecological environment quality,as reflected by their respective weights.This study establi-shes a theoretical foundation for evaluating and enhancing rural human settlement ecological environments.
