为探究德国CSTR与PSA工艺在我国规模化生物天然气项目中的适用性,研究了项目产气特征、运行稳定性以及有机负荷率(OLR)对产气和微生物群落结构的影响.结果表明,该工艺在我国规模化生物天然气项目中适用性较好,项目产生的沼气中甲烷体积分数在55.38%~75.79%波动,平均值为67.20%;提纯后生物天然气中稳定超过98%(98.34%±0.15%).OLR提高后,平均沼气产量和容积沼气产率显著提高(37.8%),平均TS沼气产量则下降了 6.8%;绿弯菌门和拟杆菌门的丰度下降明显,Patescibacteria丰度则提高了近2倍.紫单胞菌、HN-HF0106、互营单胞菌属、Fastidiosipila和unclassified_Erysipelotrichaceae等在负荷提高时丰度下降,乳酸菌属等在负荷提高时丰度上升.乙酸营养型和氢营养型的甲烷八叠球菌属的丰度由73.3%下降至46.7%,氢营养型的甲烷囊菌的丰度由2.8%提高至46.7%,甲基营养型的马赛球菌丰度由2.5%提高至27.5%.

In order to explore the applicability of German CSTR and PSA technology in large-scale biogas project in China,the biogas production characteristics,process stability and the effects of Organic load rate(OLR)on biogas production and microbial community structure were studied.The results show that the technology is suitable for large-scale biogas project in China.The methane volume fraction of biogas fluctuates between 55.38%and 75.79%,with an average value of 67.20%.After purification,it stabilized above 98%(98.34%±0.15%).With the increase of OLR,the average biogas yield and volumetric biogas yield increased significantly(37.8%),while the average TS biogas yield decreased by 6.8%.The abundance of Chloroflexi and Bacterodota decreased significantly,while the abundance of Patescibacteria increased by nearly 2 times.The abundance of Proteiniphilum,HN-HF0106,Syntrophomonas,Fastidiosipila and unclassified_Erysipe-lotrichaceae decreased at the OLR decrease,while the abundance of Caldicoprobacter increased at the OLR increase.The abundance of Acetotrophic and Hydrogenotrophic methanogens Methanosarcina decreased from 73.3%to 46.7%,the a-bundance of Hydrogenotrophic methanogens Methanoculleus increased from 2.8%to 46.7%,and the abundance of Meth-ylotrophic methanogens Methanomassiliicoccus increased from 2.5%to 27.5%.
