目的:探究分析采用羧甲司坦口服液与氟替美维吸入粉雾剂联合治疗支气管哮喘的效果,以期为临床开展该疾病治疗提供参考数据.方法:选择 2024 年 1-12 月北京怀柔医院呼吸内科收治的80 例支气管哮喘患者,通过双盲数字表方案划分为观察组与对照组,各 40 例.两组均行基础对症治疗干预,在此基础上,对照组增加氟替美维吸入粉雾剂治疗,观察组增加羧甲司坦口服液联合氟替美维吸入粉雾剂治疗,疗程为 2 周.比较两组的哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、血清因子水平、痰液与黏液分泌指标、用药安全性.结果:相比于对照组,观察组治疗后有更高的 ACT 评分(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组 γ 干扰素(IFN-γ)、白三烯 B4(LTB4)、IL-6、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组每日痰量少于对照组,痰液黏度及痰液黏蛋白 5ac 水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用羧甲司坦口服液与氟替美维吸入粉雾剂联合治疗支气管哮喘可有效控制病情,缓解炎症反应,降低痰分泌量,用药安全性较高.

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Carbocysteine Oral Solution combined with Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate Powder for Inhalation in patients with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 80 patients diagnosed with bronchial asthma admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Beijing Huairou Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group through the double-blind digital table protocol,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received basic symptomatic treatment intervention.On this basis,the control group was treated with Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate Powder for Inhalation,while the observation group was treated with Carbocysteine Oral Solution combined with Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate Powder for Inhalation.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The asthma control test(ACT)scores,serum factor levels,sputum and mucus secretion indicators,and medication safety of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher ACT score after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),leukotriene B4(LTB4),IL-6,and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed less daily sputum volume,lower sputum viscosity,and sputum mucin 5ac levels compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Carbocysteine Oral Solution and Fluticasone Furoate,Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate Powder for Inhalation can effectively control the condition,relieve inflammatory responses,and reduce sputum secretion.The safety of medication is relatively high.
