非洲猪瘟病毒(African Swine Fever Virus,ASFV)是一种高度传染性、致死率极高的动物病毒,自传入我国以来,对养猪业造成了前所未有的冲击,严重威胁我国畜牧业的高质量发展和食品安全.目前,尚无安全有效的疫苗可用于防控该病毒,因此早期诊断与快速检测成为防控非洲猪瘟(ASF)的关键环节.随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,研究人员已建立了多种ASFV核酸检测方法,包括普通PCR、实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)、数字PCR(dPCR)、等温扩增技术(如LAMP、RPA)以及基于CRISPR的检测平台等.这些方法在灵敏度、特异性、检测速度、操作便捷性及成本方面各具优势与局限,适用于不同的检测场景与需求.本文结合国内已注册的ASFV核酸检测试剂盒的技术特点,系统梳理近年来ASFV核酸检测技术的研究进展与应用实践,分析其在疫病监测、早期预警及精准防控中的作用与挑战,旨在为非洲猪瘟的科学防控与诊断策略的优化提供参考与借鉴.

African Swine Fever Virus(ASFV)is a highly contagious and extremely lethal animal pathogen.Since its introduction to China,it has caused an unprecedented impact on the pig farming industry and seriously threatened the high-quality development of China's animal husbandry and food safety.At present,there is no safe and effective commercial vaccine available for controlling this virus.Therefore early diagnosis and rapid detection have become the key links in the prevention and control of African Swine Fever(ASF).With the continuous development of molecular biology technology,researchers have established various ASFV nucleic acid detection methods,including PCR,real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(qPCR),digital PCR(dPCR),isothermal amplification techniques(such as LAMP,RPA),and CRISPR-based detection platforms.These methods have their own advantages and limitations in terms of sensitivity,specificity,detection speed,operational convenience and cost.These methods are suitable for different detection scenarios and requirements.This article combines the technical characteristics of the ASFV nucleic acid test kits registered in China,systematically reviews the research progress and application practices of ASFV nucleic acid detection technologies in recent years,analyzes its role and challenges in disease monitoring,early warning and precise prevention,aims to provide reference for the scientific prevention and the optimization of diagnostic strategies of ASF.
