血浆置换结合连续血液净化治疗重症蜂蜇伤的效果OA

Objective:To analyze the effect of plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification in the treatment of patients with severe bee sting.Method:A total of 68 patients with severe bee stings admitted to Macheng People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group received continuous blood purification treatment,and the study group received plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification treatment.The biochemical indicators,inflammatory factors,incidence of complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:One week after the treatment,the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB),Scr,ALT,AST and BUN in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One week after the treatment,the levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Plasma exchange combined with continuous blood purification is effective in the treatment of severe bee sting,which can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the cure rate,and has high safety.
