艾司氯胺酮对腹腔镜下肝叶切除术患者的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the effect of Esketamine on patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy(LH).Method:A total of 80 patients who underwent LH in Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.Both groups received LH.The control group was given a conventional anesthesia regimen,and the experimental group was treated with Esketamine on the basis of the control group.The surgical indicators,inflammatory factors,immune function,pain conditions and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in intraoperative blocking time,intraoperative blocking frequency,intraoperative blood loss and and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative hospital stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 24 hours and 3 days after the operation,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),CD8+and VAS score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition of Esketamine in the anesthesia regimen can shortening of the postoperative hospital stay of patients undergoing LH,reduce the level of inflammation,improve the immune function of patients,alleviate the degree of postoperative pain,and reduce adverse reaction.
