基于"久视伤血"理论探讨Piezo通道调控近视的作用机制OA
Exploring the Mechanism of Piezo Channels in Regulating Myopia Based on the Theory of"Prolonged Visual Fatigue Impairs Blood"
本文基于中医"久视伤血"理论,系统探讨Piezo通道在近视发生发展中的调控机制,阐释了"久视"所致眼内机械应力通过激活Piezo1通道,促进活性氧过量生成,引发氧化应激级联反应,同时抑制内在光敏性视网膜神经节细胞的发育与功能维持,引起视网膜神经节细胞功能障碍,最终导致近视发生发展的完整生物学过程.从中医理论层面,探讨了这一过程与"目得血而能视"功能失调的对应性,明确了从血络亏虚、血行瘀滞到络脉损伤的病机演变规律,其中,Piezo通道介导的氧化应激与细胞损伤正是"伤血-成瘀-化毒"病理转化的微观体现.本文不仅从生物力学与分子层面为"久视伤血"理论提供了新见解,建立了传统理论与现代机制的关键桥梁,更为发掘针对Piezo通道的近视干预方案提供了理论基础和新方向.
Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theory that"prolonged vision impairs the blood"this study systematically investigates the regulatory mechanism of Piezo channels in the development and progression of myopia.The research elucidates the complete biological process through which ocular mechanical stress induced by"prolonged vision"activates Piezo1 channels,promoting excessive reactive oxygen species generation and triggering an oxidative stress cascade,while simultaneously inhibiting intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cell growth and causing dysfunction in retinal ganglion cells,ultimately leading to myopia.From the perspective of TCM theory,the study explores how this process corresponds to the dysfunction described as"the eyes can see when nourished by blood",clarifying the pathogenic progression from deficiency and stasis in the blood-collaterals to collateral damage.The Piezo channel-mediated oxidative stress and cellular injury precisely reflect the pathological transformation of"blood impairment leading to stasis and toxicity".This article not only provides novel insights into the"prolonged vision impairs blood"theory at the biomechanical and molecular levels,establishing a critical bridge between traditional theory and modern mechanisms,but also offers a theoretical foundation and new directions for developing myopia interventions targeting Piezo channels.
