视功能训练联合角膜塑形镜配戴对近视患儿视功能的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the effect of visual function training combined with orthokeratology lens wearing on the visual function of myopic children.Method:A total of 102 myopic children admitted to Jiangnan University Affiliated Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received orthokeratology lens wearing treatment,while the study group received visual function training on the basis of the control group.The uncorrected visual acuity,axial length of the eye,visual function indicators and National Eye Institute vision function questionnaire-25(NEI-VFQ-25)scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Result:After treatment,the uncorrected visual acuity of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the negative relative regulation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the positive relative regulation and the ratio of regulatory convergence to regulation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each item in NEI-VFQ-25 of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of visual function training and orthokeratology lens wearing in the treatment of myopic children is more conducive to improving the children's uncorrected vision and visual function compared with wearing orthokeratology lenses alone,and the visual-related quality of life of the children is better.
