四头螺旋双行排肥器破结装置设计与试验OA

Design and Experiment of Crushing Device for Quad-screw Double-row Fertilizer Apparatus

针对油菜直播同步施肥过程中,因复合肥结块而导致排肥器堵塞,排肥不均不畅等问题,设计了一种带破结装置的四头螺旋双行排肥器,并分析了破结装置主要结构参数,通过三维扫描得到结块肥料三维模型,应用EDEM仿真分析了破结装置对结块肥料破碎及排肥性能影响.正交试验结果表明,破结装置能显著提高结块肥料破碎率,明显改善排肥均匀性.影响结块肥料破碎率的主次因素表现为破结齿长度>破结齿形状>排列方式.影响排肥口瞬时排肥速率和排肥均匀性的主次因素表现为破结齿长度>排列方式>破结齿形状.在破结齿形状为螺旋叶片型、长度为20 mm和四头相位互补排列方式下,结块肥料破碎率、排肥口瞬时排肥速率和排肥均匀性的变异系数分别为88.78%、22.54%和15.36%.在最优参数组合下,破结装置转速为22.5 r·min-1时,台架试验表明,结块肥料破碎率为89.23%,排肥均匀性的变异系数为11.58%,比未安装破结装置分别提高68.67%和33.70%.采用PIVlab分析试验中肥料颗粒运动趋势与仿真试验基本一致,破结装置促进了排肥螺旋填充系数的一致性,提高了排肥均匀性.研究结果为结块肥料破碎和四头螺旋双行排肥器结构改进提供了参考.

In order to solve the problems of blockage fertilizer discharge port and uneven fertilizer discharge caused by fertilizer agglomeration in the field operation of rapeseed seeding machine,a quad-screw double-row spiral fertilizer discharger with crushing device was designed,the main structural parameters of the crushing device were determined,the three-dimensional modeling of the cake fertilizers was obtained by 3D scanning,and the influence of the structure of the crushing device on the effect of the cake fertilizers and the fertilizer discharge performance of the fertilizer discharger were analyzed by EDEM simulation.The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the crushing device could significantly improve the crushing rate of cake fertilizers and the uniformity of fertilizer discharge of the fertilizer discharger.The main and secondary factors affecting the crushing rate of cake fertilizers were showed:length of broken teeth>shape of broken teeth>arrangement of broken teeth.The main and secondary factors affecting the instantaneous fertilizer discharge rate and fertilizer discharge uniformity were as follows:the length of the broken teeth>the arrangement of the broken teeth>the shape of the broken teeth,and the crushing rate,the coefficient of variation of the instantaneous fertilizer discharge rate and the uniformity of the fertilizer discharge were 88.78%,22.54%and 15.36%,respectively.Under the optimal parameter combination,when the speed of the crushing device was 22.5 r·min-1,the bench test showed that the crushing rate of the cake fertilizers of the four-head double-row spiral manure discharger with the crushing device was 89.23%,and the coefficient of variation of the uniformity of the fertilizer discharge was 11.58%,which were 68.67%and 33.70%higher than that of the non-knotting device manure discharger.PIVlab analysis showed that the movement trend of fertilizer particles in the actual experiment was basically consistent with that of the simulation test.The crushing device promoted the consistency of the auger filling coefficient of manure discharge and improved the uniformity of manure discharge.Above results provided reference for the crushing of cake fertilizers and the improvement of the structure of the quad-screw double-row spiral fertilizer apparatus.
