Research progress on pharmacological action and mechanism of Polygonati Rhizoma saponins
黄精皂苷作为传统中药黄精的主要活性成分,具有广泛的药理特性.研究表明黄精皂苷具有降血糖、抗肿瘤、神经保护、抗抑郁、免疫调节、抗病毒抗菌、抗炎等生物活性,该文系统综述了黄精皂苷的药理作用及其分子机制,以期为黄精皂苷的临床应用和新药研发提供理论基础.
Polygonati Rhizoma saponins the primary bioactive constituents of the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Polygona-tum,exhibit a broad spectrum of pharmacological activities.Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that these saponins possess antidiabetic,antitumor,neuroprotective,antidepres-sant,immunomodulatory,antiviral,antibacterial,and anti-inflammatory effects.This review provides a systematic over-view of the pharmacological effects and underlying molecular mechanisms of Polygonati Rhizoma saponins,aiming to offer a theoretical foundation for their potential clinical applications and the development of novel therapeutic agents.
