马铃薯藤蔓青贮对奶牛生长性能、泌乳性能及血清生化指标的影响OA
Effects of potato vine silage on growth performance,lactation performance and serum biochemical indices of dairy cows
文章旨在探讨不同比例马铃薯藤蔓青贮替代玉米青贮对荷斯坦奶牛干物质采食量、体况及泌乳性能及血清生化指标的影响,以评估其作为非常规饲料资源的可行性与适宜添加水平.试验将 40 头健康,胎次、泌乳天数和产奶量相近的荷斯坦奶牛随机分为 4 组,每组 10 头;对照组饲喂基础全混合日粮,试验组 T10、T20 和 T30 分别用 10%、20%和 30%比例的马铃薯藤蔓青贮等干物质替代玉米青贮,试验期包括预饲期 14 d 和正试期 70 d.结果表明:各组干物质采食量无显著差异(P>0.05);体况方面,T20 和 T30 组试验末体重及变化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);泌乳性能方面,T20 组产奶量最高(34.21 kg/d),显著高于对照组和 T30 组(P<0.05),但乳脂率和乳蛋白率在各组间无显著差异(P>0.05);血清生化指标显示,各试验组血清尿素氮浓度均显著升高(P<0.05),T20 组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著增强(P<0.05),所有组肝功能指标均处于正常生理范围.综上所述,用 20%比例的马铃薯藤蔓替代玉米青贮可显著提高奶牛产奶量与抗氧化能力,且未引起代谢异常,具有良好的饲料应用潜力.
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of substituting corn silage with potato vine silage(PVS)at graded levels on dry matter intake(DMI),body condition,lactation performance,and serum biochemical indices in Holstein dairy cows.Forty healthy multiparous cows with similar parity,days in milk,and milk yield were randomly divided into four groups(n=10).The control group was fed a basal total mixed ration,while the T10,T20,and T30 groups received diets in which PVS replaced 10%,20%,and 30%of the corn silage on a dry matter basis,respectively.Following a 14-day adaptation,the experiment lasted for 70 days.Results showed no significant difference in DMI among groups(P>0.05).The final body weight and weight change rate were significantly higher in the T20 and T30 groups than in the control(P<0.05).For lactation performance,milk yield was highest in T20(34.21 kg/d),significantly surpassing the control and T30 groups(P<0.05),whereas milk fat and protein percentages were unaffected(P>0.05).Serum analysis indicated that blood urea nitrogen increased significantly in all PVS groups(P<0.05),and glutathione peroxidase activity was notably enhanced in T20(P<0.05).All liver function indices remained within normal physiological ranges.In conclusion,replacing 20%of corn silage with PVS effectively improved milk yield and antioxidant capacity without causing metabolic disturbance,demonstrating its potential as a viable unconventional roughage resource.
