肛泰栓用于混合痔术后的临床疗效观察OA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gangtai Suppository in treatment of postopera-tive mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with exter-nal dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.The observation group received rectal administration of Gangtai Suppository after surgery,while the control group was given potassium permanganate solution sitz bath after surgery.The postoperative pain degree,symptom disappearance time,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results On the 3rd and 5th day after surgery,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of wound edema,exudation and pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).One week after surgery,the levels of inflammatory factors of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rectal administration of Gangtai Suppository after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can effectively relieve pain,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms and inflammation,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
