聚多卡醇泡沫硬化疗法与自动痔套扎术治疗内痔的疗效比较OA

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of polidocanol foam sclerotherapy(PFS)and Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids(RPH)in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,so as to provide a refer-ence for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 120 patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted to our hospi-tal from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the PFS group and the RPH group,with 60 cases in each group.The PFS group received sclerotherapy with polidocanol foam prepared by a specific method,while the RPH group was treated with RPH by using an automatic elastic thread hemorrhoid ligator.The curative effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the PFS group was significantly higher than that of the RPH group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was lower than that of the RPH group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was lower than that of the RPH group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the RPH,the PFS has a higher cure rate,lower recurrence rate and lower incidence of complications in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,with more obvious advan-tages,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
