解毒活血汤联合普济痔疮栓用于中重度痔行痔上黏膜环切术后的疗效观察OA

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction combined with Puji Zhich-uang Suppository in the treatment of moderate to severe hemorrhoids after procedure for prolapse and hemor-rhoids(PPH).Methods A total of 76 patients with moderate to severe hemorrhoids who underwent PPH in our hospital from December 2022 to October 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random lottery method,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with oral administration of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction combined with rectal administration of Puji Zhichuang Supposi-tory after surgery,while the control group was only given rectal administration of Puji Zhichuang Suppository.The syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),levels of serum factors and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in all observation indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syn-drome scores of both groups decreased significantly,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum factors of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction combined with Puji Zhi-chuang Suppository has a definite therapeutic effect in patients with moderate to severe hemorrhoids after PPH,which can promote postoperative recovery,alleviate inflammatory response and will not increase adverse reactions.
