STARR术治疗重度环状混合痔60例临床疗效观察OA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of stapled transanal rectal resection(STARR)in the treatment of severe annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients with severe annular mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment at Yanqing Hospital,Beijing Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to February 2024 were enrolled.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different surgical procedures,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with STARR,while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The intraoperative conditions,preoperative and postoperative symp-toms,efficacy index and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The mean opera-tion time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symp-tom efficacy index was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall curative effect was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion STARR has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of severe annular mixed hemor-rhoids,which can quickly relieve hemorrhoid symptoms and reduce complications.It is worthy of clinical pro-motion and application.
