血生化联合肿瘤标志物检测在结直肠癌筛查中的应用价值OA

Objective To investigate and analyze the application value of combined detection of blood bio-chemistry and tumor markers in the screening of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods A total of 50 patients with CRC admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy subjects undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the con-trol group.All subjects received combined detection of blood biochemistry and tumor markers.The test results were analyzed to evaluate their value in CRC screening.Results The levels of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen(CA)125,CA199,CA50,CA724,low-density lipo-protein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single detection,combined detection has higher diagnostic value and accuracy in the screening of CRC,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
