文章旨在探究月桂酸单甘油酯(Glyceryl Monolaurate,GM)对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和肠道健康的影响.试验将 800 羽 72 周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为 4 组(10 个重复×20 羽),CON 组饲喂基础日粮,GM250、GM500和 GM1000 组饲喂基础日粮+0、250、500 和 1000 mg/kg GM,预饲期 14 d,正试期 42 d.结果表明,与 CON 组相比,GM500和 GM1000 组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);各组软破蛋率显著降低(P<0.05).GM500组蛋黄重、哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05),GM500 和 GM1000 组蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度显著提高(P<0.05).GM500 和GM1000 组盲肠乙酸、T-VFA 含量显著提高(P<0.05).GM500 和 GM1000 组空肠 NF-κB、MUC2 mRNA 表达量显著提高(P<0.05),GM500 组回肠 IL-1β mRNA 表达量显著降低(P<0.05),MUC2 mRNA 表达量显著提高(P<0.05),GM500 和 GM1000 组 ZO-1 mRNA 表达量显著提高(P<0.05),各组 NF-κB mRNA 表达量显著降低(P<0.05).结论:500 mg/kg GM 能抑制肠道炎症,提高蛋品质和产蛋性能.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of glyceryl monolaurate(GM)on the production performance,egg quality,and intestinal health of laying hens during the late laying period.800 72-week-old Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups(10 replicates×20 hens),the CON group was fed a basic diet,GM250,GM500,and GM1000 groups were fed basic diet supplemented with 250,500,and 1000 mg/kg GM,respectively.Pre-trial for 14 days,and main trial for 42 days.Results:Compared with the CON group,the egg laying rate of GM500 and GM1000 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed egg ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The soft broken egg rate was significantly reduced in all groups(P<0.05).The yolk weight and Haugh unit of GM500 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the yolk color and eggshell strength of GM500 and GM1000 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The contents of cecal acetic acid and T-VFA in GM500 and GM1000 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The mRNA expressions of NF-κB and MUC2 in jejunum were significantly increased in GM500 and GM1000 groups(P<0.05),the mRNA expression of IL-1 β in ileum was significantly decreased in gm500 group(P<0.05),the mRNA expression of MUC2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the mRNA expression of ZO-1 was significantly increased in GM500 and GM1000 groups(P<0.05),the mRNA expression of NF-κB was significantly decreased in each group(P<0.05).Conclusion:500 mg/kg GM can inhibit intestinal inflammation and improve egg quality and laying performance.
