日粮添加纤维素酶对奶牛生产性能、乳成分及瘤胃发酵的影响OA
Effects of dietary supplementation with cellulase on production performance,milk composition,and rumen fermentation in dairy cows
文章旨在探究纤维素酶对奶牛生产性能、乳成分及瘤胃发酵的影响.试验选取 160 头健康状况良好,体重、胎次及泌乳性能相近的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为 4 组,每组 4 个重复,每个重复 10 头.其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加 1、1.5 及 2 g/kg 的纤维素酶,预饲期 7 d,正试期 30 d.结果表明:1)添加 1、1.5 和2 g/kg 的纤维素酶后,奶牛的干物质采食量较对照组分别显著降低 6.28%、11.08%、11.40%(P<0.05);平均日产奶量较对照组分别显著提高 3.49%、3.98%和 6.53%,奶料比较对照组分别显著提高 10.00%、17.86%、19.29%(P<0.05).2)与对照组相比,日粮添加 1、1.5 和 2 g/kg 的纤维素酶后,牛乳中乳脂率有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05).各组间牛乳的乳蛋白率和乳糖率无显著变化(P>0.05).3)日粮添加 1、1.5 和 2 g/kg 的纤维素酶后,奶牛瘤胃中的总挥发性脂肪酸和丙酸的含量较对照组显著增加(P<0.05);奶牛瘤胃中乙酸和氨态氮的含量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),同时乙酸/丙酸显著降低(P<0.05).结论:日粮添加一定量的纤维素酶,对奶牛生产性能、乳成分和瘤胃发酵具有一定的积极影响,在本试验中,添加量在 2 g/kg 时效果更明显.
This study explored the effects of dietary cellulase supplementation on production performance,milk composition,and rumen fermentation in dairy cows.We selected 160 similar healthy Holstein cows,randomly dividing them into four groups(four replicates,10 cows each).The control group got a basal diet;the other three got the basal diet plus cellulase at 1 g/kg,1.5 g/kg,and 2 g/kg.The experiment included a 7-day pre-trial and a 30-day formal trial.Results:1)When dairy cows were supplemented with cellulase at concentrations of 1 g/kg,1.5 g/kg,and 2 g/kg,in comparison to the control group,their dry matter intake exhibited reductions of 6.28%,11.08%,and 11.40%correspondingly,and these reductions were statistically significant(P<0.05).Concurrently,the average daily milk production of the dairy cows rose by 3.49%,3.98%,and 6.53%respectively,and the milk-to-feed ratio also significantly increased of 10.00%,17.86%,and 19.29%respectively,with all these changes demonstrating significant differences(P<0.05).2)Compared to the control group,dietary supplementation with cellulase at doses of 1 g/kg,1.5 g/kg,and 2 g/kg resulted in an increase in milk fat percentage,although the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Additionally,no significant changes were observed in milk protein percentage and lactose percentage among the groups(P>0.05).3)When dairy cows were given cellulase in their diet at 1 g/kg,1.5 g/kg,and 2 g/kg,rumen levels of total volatile fatty acids and propionic acid rose significantly compared to the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,acetic acid and ammonia nitrogen levels in the rumen dropped significantly(P<0.05),and the acetic acid-to-propionic acid ratio also decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary supplementation with an appropriate amount of cellulase exerts certain positive effects on the production performance,milk composition,and rumen fermentation of dairy cows.In this experiment,the most pronounced effects were observed at a supplementation dose of 2 g/kg.
