试验以饲用马铃薯"豫商薯 12 号"为试材,借助完全随机区组试验设计,探究不同水平的生物菌肥(0、675、1350、2700、5400 kg/hm2)对饲用马铃薯营养品质、产量构成及碳氮代谢酶活性的影响,以期为饲用马铃薯在畜牧业生产中的高效利用提供理论依据.结果表明:生物菌肥能够提高饲用马铃薯营养品质,蛋白质、淀粉、还原糖和维生素 C 含量等品质指标随生物菌肥用量的增加呈先升高后降低的单峰变化规律,且以生物菌肥用量 2700 kg/hm2(BM3)时上述指标值最大,较对照 CK 分别显著增加 17.19%、20.90%、27.62%、11.77%(P<0.05).适宜用量的生物菌肥能够显著提高饲用马铃薯单株块茎数、单株结薯质量和产量以及商品薯率,且以 BM3 处理下的生物菌肥用量效果最佳.不同水平的生物菌肥对饲用马铃薯碳氮代谢酶活性的影响存在差异,但以其用量 2700 kg/hm2 时蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶、硝酸还原酶、谷氨酸合成酶活性相对较高,较对照分别显著提高 25.72%、18.43%和 31.05%、25.23%(P<0.05).蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶、硝酸还原酶、谷氨酸合成酶与单株结薯质量和产量存在极显著(P<0.01)正相关关系.

The experiment used the feed potato"Yushangshu No.12"as the test material,and with the help of a completely randomized block design,explored the effects of different levels of biofertilizers(0 kg/hm2,675 kg/hm2,1350 kg/hm2,2700 kg/hm2,5400 kg/hm2)on the nutritional quality,yield composition,and carbon and nitrogen metabolism enzyme activity of feed potatoes,in order to provide theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of feed potatoes in animal husbandry production.The results showed that biofertilizer could improve the nutritional quality of feed potatoes.Quality indicators such as protein,starch,reducing sugar,and vitamin C content showed a single peak trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of biofertilizer dosage.The values of the above indicators were the highest when the biofertilizer dosage was 2700 kg/hm2(BM3),which increased by 17.19%,20.90%,27.62%,and 11.77%respectively compared with the control CK,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The appropriate amount of biofertilizer can significantly increase the number of tubers per plant,the quality and yield of potato tubers per plant,and improve the proportion of marketable tubers.The best effect is achieved with the use of biofertilizer under BM3 treatment.There are differences in the effects of different levels of biofertilizers on the activity of carbon and nitrogen metabolism enzymes in feed potatoes.However,when the dosage is 2700 kg/hm2,the activities of sucrose synthase,sucrose phosphate synthase,nitrate reductase,and glutamate synthase are relatively high,increasing by 25.72%,18.43%,and 31.05%,25.23%,respectively,compared with the control,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).There is a highly significant(P<0.01)positive correlation between sucrose synthase,sucrose phosphate synthase,nitrate reductase,and glutamate synthase and the quality and yield of feed potatoes per plant.
