有机肥复合肥配比条施施肥机设计与试验OA

针对现有排肥器无法适用于高含水率粉状有机肥机械化施肥和现有施肥机功能单一等问题,设计一款有机肥复合肥配比条施施肥机.该施肥机主要由肥箱、无轴螺旋排肥器、肥箱内螺旋输送装置、开沟器和施肥量智能调节装置等组成.该施肥机可以根据农艺要求,调整有机肥复合肥配比、施肥深度和施肥行距,能够一次完成开沟、施肥及覆土等多项作业,具有作业效率高、适用性广、减少重复作业和满足保护性耕作技术要求的优点.对施肥机进行田间性能试验,结果表明,各行排肥量一致性变异系数最大值为5.24%、总排肥量稳定性变异系数最大值为1.87%、施肥均匀性变异系数最大值为6.04%、断条率最大值为0.53%和施肥深度合格率最小值为93.75%,各项性能均满足施肥机械国标要求和农艺要求,该施肥机可用于粉状有机肥和复合肥配比施肥.

Aiming at the problems that the existing fertilizer discharger cannot be applied to the mechanized fertilization of high water content powdery organic fertilizer and the single function of the existing fertilizer applicator,a powdery organic fertilizer strip fertilizer applicator was designed.The fertilizer machine is mainly composed of a fertilizer box,a shaftless spiral fertilizer discharger,a spiral conveying device in the fertilizer box,a furrow opener and an intelligent fertilizer adjustment device.The fertilizer machine can adjust the ratio of organic fertilizer compound fertilizer,fertilization depth and fertilization row spacing according to the agronomic requirements,and can complete many operations such as ditching,fertilization and soil covering at one time.It has high operation efficiency,wide applicability,reduces repeated operations and meets the requirements of conservation tillage technology.The field performance test of the fertilizer applicator was carried out.The results showed that the maximum value of the coefficient of variation of the consistency of the fertilizer discharge in each row was 5.24%,the maximum value of the coefficient of variation of the stability of the total fertilizer discharge was 1.87%,the maximum value of the coefficient of variation of the uniformity of fertilization was 6.04%,the maximum value of the broken rate was 0.53%,and the minimum value of the qualified rate of fertilization depth was 93.75%.All the properties meet the national standard requirements and agronomic requirements of fertilization machinery,and can be used for the ratio fertilization of powdery organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer.
