Platform capitalism has achieved the dual goals of"dehumanization"and"de-materialization of means of production"through its unique technological architecture and business model,constructing a highly digitalized and intelligent labor ecosystem.Within this system,logistics workers,as the executors of the"last mile"at the output end of platform capitalism,follow the accelerated logic of digital Taylorism.Their labor process is obscured by outsourcing relationships,rendering them"visible"as"ghost workers".Digital workers engaged in data labeling,analysis,and cleaning on crowdsourcing platforms,though undertaking the crucial task of bridging the"last mile"at the input end of platform capitalism,are excluded from stable employment relationships and social security systems,becoming"invisible""ghost workers".Internet users,as important participants in platform capitalism,often have their productive labor excluded from labor value recognition.Their labor outcomes are appropriated without compensation,and their labor methods are misinterpreted and concealed,making them a type of"theoretically invisible""ghost workers".Conducting a systematic analysis and theoretical clarification of the diverse labor forms of platform capitalism and revealing the intrinsic operating mechanism of its"meta-labor"is the key to understanding the deep logic of platform capitalism.
