[目的]探究复合发酵中药饲料对热应激奶牛生产性能、乳腺健康及生理代谢的调控作用.[方法]选取60 头泌乳期荷斯坦牛,随机分为对照组与试验 A、B、C组,在基础日粮中分别添加0、50、100、150 g/头·d的复合发酵中药饲料,试验周期60 d.[结果]与对照组相比,试验组奶牛呼吸频率和直肠温度显著降低(P<0.05);产奶量及乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖等乳成分指标均显著改善(P<0.05);血清中葡萄糖、总蛋白含量显著升高,尿素氮与热休克蛋白 70 含量显著下降(P<0.05);抗氧化指标中,总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提升,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);免疫指标方面,血清IgG水平显著上升,促炎因子 IL-6、IL-1β含量显著下降(P<0.05).[结论]复合发酵中药饲料可通过调节能量代谢、增强抗氧化能力及改善免疫功能,有效缓解热应激对奶牛生产性能与乳腺健康的不利影响,其中以150 g/头·d 的添加量效果最佳.

[Objective]This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of compound fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed on the production performance,mammary gland health and physiological metabolism of heat-stressed dairy cows.[Method]Sixty lactating Holstein cows were selected and randomly divided into a control group and three treatment groups(A,B,C).The four groups were supplemented with 0,50,100 and 150 g/head·d of compound fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed in the basal diet,respectively,with a trial period of 60 days.[Result]Compared with the control group,the respiratory rate and rectal temperature of dairy cows in the treatment groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);milk yield and milk composition indicators such as milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage and lactose were significantly improved(P<0.05);the contents of glucose and total protein in serum increased significantly,while the contents of urea nitrogen and heat shock protein 70 decreased significantly(P<0.05);in terms of antioxidant indicators,the activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were significantly enhanced,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly reduced(P<0.05);in terms of immune indicators,the serum IgG level increased significantly,and the contents of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IL-1β decreased significantly(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The compound fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed can effectively alleviate the adverse effects of heat stress on the production performance and mammary gland health of dairy cows by regulating energy metabolism,enhancing antioxidant capacity and improving immune function,with the best effect at the supplementation level of 150 g/head·d.
