智能化农机装备的法律监管与伦理考量OA

The large amount of data generated in the widespread application of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment in the development of modern agriculture involves sensitive information such as China's agricultural production environment,crop growth status,and agricultural machinery operation status.Once these data are leaked or abused,it will cause incalculable losses to China's agricultural production.In addition,the autonomous decision-making ability of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment has been significantly enhanced,which can to some extent detach from direct human control and independently complete complex operational tasks.Once an accident occurs during the operation process,it is obviously unfair for the legal responsibility to be borne by the owner.In response to the above issues,this paper takes the analysis of the current status of legal supervision of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment as the logical starting point for research.It analyzes the problems existing in the legal supervision of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment from three aspects:the formulation and implementation of laws and regulations,the responsibilities of regulatory departments,and the informatization of agricultural machinery safety supervision.Furthermore,ethical considerations are made from the perspectives of data security and privacy protection of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment,bias and discrimination of artificial intelligence algorithms,and the legal subject qualification of intelligent equipment.On this basis,four countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to strengthen the formulation and updating of laws and regulations,enhance data security and privacy protection,strengthen the supervision and review of intelligent algorithms,and improve the legal status and responsibility attribution of intelligent devices,for reference by local intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment regulatory authorities.
