现代海洋科考船信息化解决方案OA

[目的]随着海洋科考任务日趋复杂多样,科考任务的安排协调、人员的调度、仪器设备的管理、科考数据价值的最大化挖掘均决定了推进海洋科考船信息化的必要性.其中,打通各个信息系统,实现科考船信息化的一体化、集成化,是目前海洋信息化的一个重要任务.[方法]本文系统分析了科考船信息化发展的现状,并将科考船信息化按功能需求划分为船舶事务综合管理、科考作业管理、船舶数字化与智能化、科考数据共享与资源开发.在此基础上,遵循聚焦需求、顶层设计、自主研发的原则,再结合信息化对安全性的要求,根据数据感知、采集、存储、传输与分发的数据流进程,按照分层架构的形式设计"海嘉船舶"信息化平台.最后,基于该平台按用户需求整合得到不同的应用系统.[结果]该平台从顶层设计实现了船舶综合管理、科考作业管理、科考数据存储与共享、船岸协同通信以及船舶网络安全与防护体系等的深度集成,全面提升了科考船的综合保障能力、运行管理效率,以及信息资源开发利用的可能性.[结论]一体化、集成化是未来海洋信息化的发展趋势,是提升海洋科技创新能力,加快新质生产力的重要抓手,"海嘉船舶"信息化平台作为厦门大学"嘉庚号"科考船的信息化实践成果,为科考船信息化的深度集成提供了理论指导和实践参考,同时也为其智能化发展提供了基础支撑.

[Objective]As marine scientific research tasks become increasingly complex and diverse,the necessity to advance the informatization of research vessels is determined by the coordination of research tasks,personnel scheduling,management of instruments and equipment,and the maximization of the value of scientific data.An important current task in marine informatization is integrating various information systems to achieve a unified and integrated informatization of marine research vessels.[Methods]In this paper,we systematically analyze the current status of informatization development in research vessels.Functional requirements for vessel informatization are categorized into:comprehensive ship affairs management,research tasks operation management,ship digitization and intelligence,and scientific data sharing and resource development.Following principles of focusing on needs,top-level design,independent research and development,and considering the security requirements of informatization,the"Ocean Join Integrated Ship"information system is designed based on the data flow process,including data perception,collection,storage,transmission,and distribution,and is structured in a layered architecture.On this platform,diverse application systems are integrated to meet user reeds.[Results]The platform achieves deep integration from the top-level design,including comprehensive ship management,research tasks operation management,scientific data storage and sharing,ship-shore collaborative communication,and vessel cybersecurity and protection systems.It comprehensively enhances the vesse'l s overall support capability,operational management efficiency,and the potential for information resource development and utilization.[Conclusion]Both integration and unification represent the future trend of marine informatization and serve as key drivers for enhancing marine scientific innovation capability and accelerating the development of new quality productive forces.These informatization practices on Xiamen University's"research vessel Tan Kah Kee"research vessel provide theoretical guidance and practical references for the deep integration of research vessel informatization,while also laying a foundation for its future intelligent development.
