泉州市城镇社区老年人数字健康素养现状及影响因素分析OA

Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of digital health literacy(DHL)among the elderly in urban communities of Quanzhou,so as to provide references for formulating targeted intervention measures.Methods From December 2023 to November 2024,380 elderly residents from 6 urban communities in Quanzhou City,Fujian Province were selected as survey subjects using stratified random sampling.Data were collected through a general in-formation questionnaire,an Internet usage and online health information attitude survey,and the digital health literacy assessment scale for community elderly.Results The total score of DHL among the elderly in urban communities of Quanzhou was(39.33±15.87)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,perceived use-fulness and trust of online health information in the propensity factors,as well as medical insurance type,the type of pension insurance and the frequency of Internet access in the enabling factors were influencing factors for DHL of the elderly in the community(all P<0.05).Conclusion The DHL of the elderly in urban communities of Quanzhou is at a relatively low lev-el,and there are many influencing factors.Community medical staff should formulate intervention measures according to the influencing factors to improve their DHL.
