基于梨园水电站单机 600 MW 水轮发电机组,在自动化仪表故障率高、运维工作量大的背景下,具体分析自动化仪表管理方面存在的问题,针对具体问题研究出相应对策并进行可靠应用.通过基础台账、技术监督、运行维护、检修校验、创新创效等 5 个方面结合改造、专利、QC 等研究出适用的自动化仪表管理方法.通过自动化仪表管理方法的应用,提高了工作质量和效率,保障了机组安全稳定运行,满足"无人值班、少人值守"要求.

Based on the single 600 MW hydro generator unit of Liyuan Hydropower Station,this paper specifically analyzes the problems in automation instrument management under the background of high automation instrument failure rate and large operation and maintenance workload.Corresponding countermeasures are developed for specific problems and reliably applied.Through the combination of basic ledger,technical supervision,operation and maintenance,inspection and verification,innovation and efficiency creation,and other five aspects,a suitable automation instrument management method has been developed,including transformation,patents,QC,etc.The application of automated instrument management methods has improved work quality and efficiency,ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit,and met the requirements of"unmanned and few personnel on duty".
