针对传统检测方法的局限性,系统开展弹性波检测技术在孔道灌浆密实度评估中的应用研究.介绍了弹性波检测系统的构成与检测流程,分析了该技术与传统检测方法的性能差异,并通过工程案例加以验证.研究表明,基于弹性波波速、振幅衰减、频率成分等多参数综合判识的评价方法,可精准识别孔道内部空洞、疏松等缺陷.研究成果可为预应力工程质量控制提供无损检测解决方案.

In response to the limitations of traditional detection methods,the research systematically investigates the applica-tion of elastic wave detection technology in evaluating the grouting density in ducts.The composition and detection procedure of the elastic wave detection system are introduced,the performance differences between this technology and traditional detec-tion methods are analyzed,and the effectiveness of the approach is validated through engineering case studies.The re-search demonstrates that a multi-parameter evaluation approach based on elastic wave velocity,amplitude attenuation and fre-quency components can enable precise detection of internal voids and looseness in ducts.The research findings provide a non-destructive testing solution for quality control in prestressed engineering.
