超小净距盾构下穿既有铁路隧道影响分析OA
Impact Analysis of Shield Tunneling with Ultra-small Clear Distance Under-passing Existing Railway Tunnels
依托南宁地铁4号线区间盾构隧道超小净距下穿沿海铁路槎路隧道工程,采用有限元软件midas GTS NX对交叉段盾构施工过程和扣轨加固工程进行分析.结果表明:在不加固既有铁路轨道及隧道的情况下,地表最大沉降值为6.5 mm,轨道最大沉降值为3.91 mm,沿轨道方向钢轨结构的最大竖向差异沉降数值为2 mm/10 m,铁路隧道结构的最大沉降值为4.73 mm,各变形值及衬砌结构受力均满足要求;采用"3-5-3扣轨加固"的措施后,钢轨最大沉降值明显减小(由2.6 mm减小至0.4 mm).下穿工程的顺利实施表明方案合理、有效,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考.
Based on the ultra-small clear distance shield tunnel project of Nanning Metro Line 4 passing beneath the Chalu Tunnel of the coastal railway,the finite element software midas GTS NX was used to analyze the construction process of the shield tunnel and rail reinforcement works at the intersection.The research results indicate that without reinforcing the ex-isting railway track and tunnel,the maximum surface settlement value is 6.5 mm,the maximum settlement value at the rail is 3.91 mm,and the maximum vertical differential settlement value of the rail structure along the track direction is 2 mm/10 m,and the maximum settlement value of the railway tunnel structure is 4.73 mm,so the deformation values and the lin-ing structure forces meet the requirements.After adopting the treatment measures of"3-5-3 rail fastening reinforcement",the maximum settlement value of the track was significantly reduced(from 2.6 mm to 0.4 mm).The successful implementation of the underpass project demonstrates the rationality and effectiveness of the engineering solution,and the research findings can serve as a reference for similar projects.
