农作物秸秆纤维改良沥青混合料研究现状OA
Research Status of Modified Asphalt Mixture Using Agricultural Straw Fibers
基于前期调研成果,对农作物秸秆纤维在沥青混合料中的应用进行归纳总结.秸秆纤维具有良好的吸油性、耐高温性和力学性能,能促进沥青混合料形成更稳定的网状结构,从而提高其高温性能与水稳定性等,减少龟裂、脱落等病害的产生;但其掺量过大会导致沥青胶浆劲度模量增大,降低沥青混合料的低温抗变形能力.通过分析农作物秸秆纤维在沥青混合料中的应用现状,可为农作物秸秆的资源化利用探索新途径,为秸秆改性沥青混合料的性能研究提供思路与方法.
Based on previous research results,a generalized summary of the application of agricultural straw fibers in asphalt mixture was presented.Agricultural straw fibers have good oil absorption,high temperature resistance,and mechanical properties,which can promote the formation of more stable network structure in asphalt mixture,thereby improving their high-temperature performance and water stability,reducing the production of distresses such as cracks and peeling.However,excessive addition of straw fibers may increase the stiffness modulus of asphalt mastic and reduce the low temperature deforma-tion resistance of asphalt mixture.By analyzing the current application of agricultural straw fibers in asphalt mixtures,this paper aims to explore new avenues for the resource utilization of agricultural straw,while providing ideas and methods for the performance study of straw-modified asphalt mixtures.
