高性能乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术是一种经济、高效的路面养护改造方式.为促进废旧沥青混合料在道路中、下面层的高掺量利用,对沥青混合料回收料(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)掺量为0%、40%、60%、80%的冷再生混合料进行配合比设计,通过劈裂试验、马歇尔试验等分析RAP掺量对混合料60 ℃马歇尔稳定度、15 ℃劈裂强度、高温稳定性、低温稳定性及抗水损害能力的影响.研究表明,不同RAP掺量的冷再生沥青混合料各项性能指标均满足规范要求,具有足够的强度、刚度与稳定性;冻融劈裂强度比(tensile strength ratio,TSR)均大于80%,抗水损害能力较好.通过标准马歇尔试验分析水泥掺量对冷再生混合料性能的影响,结果表明,将水泥掺量控制在1%~3%范围内可有效提高混合料的抗水损害能力.研究结果可为冷再生路面的设计与施工提供参考.

High-performance emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold recycling technology is an economical and efficient way for pavement maintenance and reconstruction.To facilitate the high-content utilization of reclaimed asphalt mixture in the mid-dle and lower surface course of road pavements,the cold recycling asphalt mixture with reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)content of 0%,40%,60%,80%was designed.The influence of RAP content on the Marshall stability at 60℃,the splitting tensile strength at 15 ℃,the high temperature stability,the low temperature stability and water damage resistance were analyzed by the splitting strength test and Marshall test,etc.The results show that the indexes of cold recycling asphalt mixture with different RAP content meet the specification requirements,and it has enough strength,stiffness and sta-bility;tensile strength ratio(TSR)is greater than 80%,and it has good water damage resistance.The effect of cement dosage on the performance of cold recycling mixture was analyzed by standard Marshall test,the results show that the water damage re-sistance can be improved effectively by controlling the cement dosage in the range of 1%~3%.The research findings can pro-vide theoretical reference for the design and construction of cold recycling pavement.
