富孔吸音声屏障材料设计与性能研究OA
Material Design and Performance Study of Porous Sound-absorbing Noise Barrier
采用石英砂与自主研发的聚硅氧烷树脂,制备了一种新型富孔吸音声屏障材料,并研究了其成型工艺.选用不同目数的石英砂和不同比例的树脂制备试件,研究了该材料的空隙特性、抗压强度、耐久性及声学性能,得出以下结论:①基于空隙率、连通空隙率与抗压强度测试结果,推荐采用20目石英砂,控制石英砂与树脂质量比为10∶1,制备富孔吸音声屏障材料;②富孔吸音声屏障材料的抗盐腐蚀、抗碱腐蚀性能良好,抗酸腐蚀性能欠佳,同时具备良好的水稳定性与冻融稳定性;③富孔吸音声屏障材料具有优异的声学性能,降噪系数可达0.7,计权隔声量达40 dB,均高于现行声屏障相关规范要求.
A new porous sound-absorbing noise barrier material was prepared using quartz sand and self-developed polysiloxane resin,and the forming process of the material was investigated.The test specimens of the porous sound-absorbing noise barrier were prepared with different mesh numbers of quartz sand and different proportions of resin,and the void property,compres-sive strength,durability and acoustic performance were investigated.The results show that:①base on the test results of air voids,connected air voids and compressive strength,the 20 mesh quartz sand and 10∶1 mass ratio of quartz sand to resin are suggested to prepare the porous sound-absorbing rock noise barrier material;②the porous sound-absorbing noise bar-rier material demonstrates good resistance to salt corrosion and alkali corrosion,but relatively poor resistance to acid corrosion;meanwhile,it exhibits excellent water stability and freeze-thaw stability;③the porous sound-absorbing noise barri-er material has excellent acoustic performance,the noise reduction coefficient reaches 0.7 and the weighted sound reduc-tion index reaches 40 dB,which are higher than the requirements of current noise barrier specifications.
