国产高透气度医用盖材纸隔离胶的涂胶工艺与胶面性能研究OA
Study on release coating process and coated surface properties of domestic high-breathability medical cover paper
为实现医用高透气度盖材纸基材国产化替代,开发高强度高透气度医疗包装材料.本研究对比国产原纸与进口原纸适涂性,采用致孔剂复配底胶单层隔离胶工艺,研究不同复配比例的复合隔离胶纸透气性能、表面性能及可浸润性,借助层间结合力指标研究原纸表面和复合隔离胶层附着强度变化规律.结果表明涂胶量3.0 g·m-2,复配比例3%时,复合隔离胶纸涂胶适应性良好,透气度733 mL·min-1,匀度指数88.43,平滑度3.85 s,粗糙度8.14μm,Cobb60值21.3 g·m-2,接触角123 °,层间结合力(纵向/横向0.156 N.m/0.148 N.m),涂布热熔胶6.0 g·m-2后透气度为275 mL·min-1,与PET热封剥离强度达5.13~5.90 N·15 mm-1且实现洁净剥离.本研究突破进口原纸透气度调控瓶颈,为国产高性能医用盖材纸产业化提供关键技术支撑.
To achieve domestic substitution of medical high-breathability cover paper sub-strates and develop high-strength,high-permeability medical packaging materials,this study comparatively analyzed the coatability of domestic and imported base papers.A single-layer release coating process with pore-forming agent hybrid primer was adopted,investigating air permeability,surface properties,wettability,and interlayer adhesion evolution between the base paper and composite release layer under varying formulation ratios.Results indicate that at 3.0 g·m-2 coating weight with 3%pore-former ratio,the composite release-coated paper exhibits excellent coatability:air permeability 733 mL·min-1,uniformity index 88.43,smoothness 3.85 s,roughness 8.14 μm,Cobb60 21.3 g·m-2,contact angle 123 °,interlayer adhesion(MD/CD:0.156 N.m/0.148 N.m).After applying 6.0 g·m-2 hot-melt adhesive,permeability remains at 275 mL·min-1,and heat-sealing with PET achieves peel strength of 5.13~5.90 N·15 mm-1 with clean delamination.This study overcomes the air permeability control limitations of imported base paper,providing key technological support for industrial-scale production of high-performance domestic medical cover paper.
