鸽乳是雏鸽早期唯一的营养来源,直接决定其生长性能与存活率,雌雄种鸽在泌乳时序、基础营养成分、免疫活性物质及泌乳调控基因表达上存在显著差异,种鸽饲粮营养水平对鸽乳产量和质量影响显著.本文系统综述鸽乳营养特征、雌雄种鸽差异及种鸽饲粮对鸽乳营养的影响.结果表明,鸽乳具有高蛋白、高脂肪、低碳水的独特营养特点,富含活性物质与有益微生物;雌雄鸽乳在泌乳时序、营养成分、生物活性及调控机制上存在显著性别差异;种鸽饲粮营养水平与添加剂可显著影响鸽乳品质,对乳鸽生长和免疫至关重要.未来研究需聚焦四大核心:深化全泌乳期雌雄鸽鸽乳差异表征,精准解析泌乳分子调控机制,优化种鸽营养供给方案,探究活性成分调控路径,以此助力人工鸽乳配方升级与种鸽规模化养殖技术优化,为种鸽养殖业高效优质发展提供科学支撑.

Pigeon milk is the only source of nutrition for young squabs during their early period of growth,directly determines their growth performance and survival rate.There are significant differences in the lactation timing,basic components of nutrition,immune-active substances,and expression of lactation-regulating gene between male and female breeding pigeons.The level of nutrition in the diet for breeding pigeon has a signifi-cant effect on the yield and quality of pigeon milk.This article systematically reviewed the nutritional character-istics of pigeon milk,the differences between male and female pigeons,and the effects of feed for breeding pi-geon on the nutrition of pigeon milk.Pigeon milk has a unique nutritional profile of high protein,high fat,and low carbohydrate,and rich in bioactive substances and beneficial microorganisms.There are significant gender differences in lactation timing,nutritional components,biological activity,and regulatory mechanisms between male and female pigeon milk.The level of nutrition and additives in diet for breeding pigeon can significantly affect the quality of pigeon milk,which is crucial to the growth and immunity of squabs.Studies in the future need to focus on four core areas including in-depth characterizing differences in male and female pigeon milk during the whole period of lactation,accurately analyzing the mechanism of regulating lactation at molecular level,optimizing schemes of supplying nutrition for breeding pigeons,and studying pathways for regulating bioactive components to assist in upgrading the formula of artificial pigeon milk and optimizing the large-scale technology of breeding pigeons.It will provide scientific support for the efficient and high-quality development of the industry of farming breeding pigeons.
