目的 探索智慧药学导航系统在门诊药学服务中的创新应用,评估其在优化患者就医流程、提高药学服务效率和患者用药依从性方面的效果.方法 构建一套集路径规划、实时导航、候药提醒与用药指导于一体的智慧药学导航系统.采用前后随机对照设计,比较系统实施前后门诊患者在探路时间、排队候药时间、用药依从性及患者满意度的变化,数据采集涵盖高峰与平峰时段.结果 高峰期对照组与试验组的探路时间分别为(543.12±124.79)和(307.32±88.48)s,减少43.42%(P<0.01);排队候药时间分别为(482.75±135.29)s和(242.15±68.86)s,减少49.83%(P<0.01).平峰期对照组与试验组的探路时间分别为(418.90±82.68)s和(185.83±58.99)s,减少55.63%(P<0.01);排队候药时间分别为(301.01±87.45)s和(179.18±52.09)s,减少40.47%(P<0.01).试验组高依从性患者比例显著提升(42.59%vs.27.22%,P<0.01),患者总体满意度评分显著高于对照组[(4.53±0.54)vs.(3.76±0.74),P<0.01].结论 智慧药学导航系统通过精准导航与全流程管理,有效缩短患者的就诊时间,提升了用药依从性与患者满意度,为智慧药房建设提供了坚实的技术支撑,具有良好的临床推广前景.

Objective To explore the innovative application of a smart pharmacy navigation system in outpatient phar-macy services and evaluate its effectiveness in optimizing patient flow,improving pharmaceutical service efficiency,and enhan-cing medication adherence.Methods A smart pharmacy navigation system integrating route planning,real-time navigation,medication waiting reminders,and medication guidance was developed.A pre-post randomized controlled design was employed to compare changes in patient navigation time,queue waiting time,medication adherence,and patient satisfaction before and after system implementation.Data collection covered both peak and off-peak periods.Results During peak hours,the navigation time in the control and experimental groups was(543.12±124.79)s and(307.32±88.48)s,respectively,representing a 43.42%reduction(P<0.01).The queue waiting time was(482.75±135.29)s and(242.15±68.86)s,respectively,reflecting a 49.83%reduction(P<0.01).During off-peak hours,the navigation time in the control and experimental groups was(418.90±82.68)s and(185.83±58.99)s,respectively,showing a 55.63%reduction(P<0.01).The queue waiting time was(301.01±87.45)s and(179.18±52.09)s,respectively,indicating a 40.47%reduction(P<0.01).The proportion of patients with high medication adherence in the experimental group significantly increased compared to the control group(42.59%vs.27.22%,P<0.01),and the overall patient satisfaction score was significantly higher in the experimental group[(4.53±0.54)vs.(3.76±0.74),P<0.01].Conclusions The smart pharmacy navigation system effectively reduces patient visit duration,enhances medication adherence,and improves patient satisfaction through precise navigation and full-process management.It provides strong technological support for smart pharmacy development and has promising clinical application prospects.
