骨性锤状指的治疗进展OA

Bony mallet finger is a common disease of finger injury.Its symptoms mainly include local pain,deformity,and limited dorsiflexion of the distal interphalangeal joint of the finger.At present,the clinical treatment methods are generally divided into two categories:conservative treatment and surgical treatment.Conservative treatment usually adopts plaster,splint,aluminum plate and other external fixation methods for fixation;There are also many surgical treatment methods,including Kirschner wire fixation,Kirschner wire combined with rubber band fixation,Kirschner wire combined with steel wire fixation,Kirschner wire combined with anchor fixation,and mini plate fixation.At present,there is no unified conclusion on the selection of treatment methods.This article reviews the treatment methods of bony mallet finger and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment methods.
