穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩护理对小儿肠炎患者症状恢复时间及炎症指标的影响OA
Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Acupoint Massage Nursing on Symptom Recovery Time and Inflammatory Index in Children with Enteritis
目的 研究穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩护理对小儿肠炎患者症状恢复时间及炎症指标的影响.方法 采用随机数字表法,将2021 年 1 月-2023 年 12 月于我院诊治的 60 例小儿肠炎患儿均分为对照组与观察组,每组 30 例.对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组则在常规护理基础上加用穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩护理.对两组症状恢复时间、炎症指标、临床症状评分、胃肠激素指标、护理满意度进行比较.结果 观察组体温、腹泻、呕吐、腹痛恢复时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);两组护理后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素 6(IL-6)、胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)均较护理前降低,且观察组以上炎症指标、胃肠激素指标降低幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患儿腹痛、呕吐、发热、腹泻评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患儿家属护理满意度为 96.67%,对照组患儿家属护理满意度为 83.33%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩护理可促进小儿肠炎患儿临床症状快速减轻,缩短恢复时间,改善炎症指标、胃肠激素水平,提高护理满意度,具有良好的临床护理效果.
Objective To study the effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage nursing on symptom recovery time and inflammation index in children with enteritis.Methods Utilizing a random number table method,a total of 60 children diagnosed with enteritis who were treated at our hospital during the period from January 2021 through December 2023 were selected as study subjects and were equally assigned to a control group and an observation group,with each group containing 30 patients.The control group was managed with conventional nursing,while the observation group,beyond receiving the conventional nursing provided to the control group,was further treated with a nursing regimen that integrated acupoint application together with acupoint massage.The symptom recovery time,inflammation index,clinical symptom score,gastrointestinal hormone index and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of body temperature,diarrhea,vomiting and abdominal pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),motilin(MOT)and gastrin(GAS)in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the above inflammatory indexes and gastrointestinal hormone indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal pain,vomiting,fever and diarrhea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the observation group was 96.67%,and the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the control group was 83.33%,a significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with acupoint massage nursing can promote the rapid reduction of clinical symptoms in children with enteritis,shorten the recovery time,improve the levels of inflammatory indicators and gastrointestinal hormones,and improve nursing satisfaction.It has good clinical nursing effect.
