分娩球助产联合疼痛护理对产妇阴道分娩结局及产后恢复情况的影响OA

Objective To study the Effect of birth ball-assisted delivery combined with pain nursing on vaginal delivery outcome and postpartum recovery of parturients.Methods From March 2022 to December 2023,60 parturients who planned to undergo vaginal delivery in Jishui County People' s Hospital were randomly allocated into a control group and an study group,each consisting of 30 parturients.The control group received routine assisted delivery combined with pain nursing,while the observation group received birth ball-assisted delivery combined with pain nursing.The delivery pain[Verbal Response Scale(VRS)],sense of delivery control[Labour Agentry Scale(LAS)],labor time,delivery outcome(cesarean section,forceps midwifery,perineal lateral incision,postpartum hemorrhage),postpartum recovery(postpartum hospitalization time,lochia disappearance time,uterine involution time)were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,parturients had lower the VRS score and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes,as well as higher the LAS score,which were better that those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the stages of labor and the postpartum recovery times in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Birth ball-assisted delivery combined with pain nursing can relieve maternal delivery pain,enhance their sense of delivery control,shorten the stage of labor,improve the outcome of delivery,and accelerate their postpartum recovery.
