赤水河河源段浮游生物群落特征OA
Characteristics of plankton community in the headwater section of the Chishui River
为调查赤水河河源段的浮游生物多样性情况,于2023年3月(春季)、6月(夏季)、9月(秋季)和12月(冬季)分季度对调查河段的浮游植物、浮游动物资源情况进行了调查.共采集浮游植物210种、浮游动物61种.浮游植物以硅藻门物种数量最多,平均密度为0.91×106个·L-1,平均生物量为0.95 mg·L-1,浮游动物以原生动物物种数量最多,平均密度为6.19个·L-1,平均生物量为0.01 mg·L-1,根据浮游植物与浮游动物的生物多样性指数判断该调查区域处于轻度污染或中度污染状态.根据结果认为赤水河河源段的浮游生物生物多样性较为丰富.综合一年的水生生物资源监测数据并对其开展分析,从浮游生物的角度可以科学地评估赤水河河源段的水生态状况,为该区域的保护及管理工作提供基础数据及理论参考.
In order to investigate the phytoplankton diversity in the headwater section of the Chishui River,the phytoplankton and zooplankton resources in the investigated section were surveyed in March,June,September and December 2023 in quarterly intervals.A total of 210 species of phytoplankton and 61 species of zooplankton were collected in this survey.The phytoplankton had the highest number of species in the phylum Diatom,with an average density of 0.91×106 cells·L-1 and an average biomass of 0.95 mg·L-1,and the zooplankton had the highest number of species in the phylum Protozoa,with an average density of 6.19 cells·L-1 and an average biomass of 0.01 mg·L-1.Based on the biodiversity indices of the phytoplankton and the zooplankton,we judge that this surveyed area is in the state of mild or moderate pollution.Based on the results,it is concluded that the biodiversity of plankton(including phytoplankton and zooplankton)in the headwater section of the Chishui River is relatively rich.The one-year monitoring data of aquatic biological resources and the analysis can scientifically assess the aquatic ecological status of the headwaters of the Chishui River from the perspective of plankton,and provide basic data and theoretical references for the protection and management of the area.
