东北林蛙产业已初步形成集养殖、加工和销售于一体的较为完整的产业链条,其产品在中国及日韩等国和港澳台等地区市场持续走俏.基于专利导航分析结果(2015-2024年全球累计889件)显示,林蛙产业技术创新加工环节聚焦雪蛤油提取(57件专利)与多肽制备技术,下游产品端以保健品和化妆品为主力(625件专利),而相关专利在上游种质繁育等基础研究领域的占比不足2%(18件).养殖环节过度聚焦设施升级(127件专利),加工领域虽形成规模效应但陷入了以低技术含量为特征重复开发的情况;终端市场对化妆品的研发投入(占产品专利44%)与规模化、标准化全人工养殖技术二十年未获得实质性突破(全人工养殖专利仅2件)形成强烈反差.针对产业链重短效应用、轻基础研究的失衡现状,通过技术溯源发现产学研合作脱节、技术壁垒缺失、成果转化梗阻等产业创新问题.据此提出建立东北林蛙原良种场保种扩繁体系,夯实产业创新根基;开发全人工养殖核心技术和产品精深加工技术,突破产业瓶颈;完善知识产权保护体系,激发创新活力,为破解产业"卡脖子"难题提供系统性路径对策.

The wood frog(Rana dybowskii)industry has developed a well-structured and integrated industrial chain encompassing breeding,processing,and sales.This study utilizes patent navigation analysis based on 889 global patents filed over the past decade to assess technological innovation trends and challenges within the wood frog industry.The findings indicate a significant imbalance in the industrial chain,where downstream product development has been prioritized over upstream fundamental research.Specifically,more than 70%of the patents(625 in total)are concentrated in the areas of health products and cosmetics,particularly focusing on extraction techniques for Oviductus Ranae(57 patents)and peptide preparation methods.In contrast,upstream sectors such as germplasm breeding remain severely underrepresented,accounting for less than 2%of all patents(18 in total).Persistent technological deficiencies include an overemphasis on facility improvements in breeding practices(127 patents),as well as repetitive and low-innovation processing methodologies,despite achieving economies of scale.Terminal markets demonstrate substantial investment in cosmetic R&D,with 44%of product patents related to this domain.However,critical gaps persist in large-scale,standardized artificial breeding technologies,as evidenced by only two patents in this area over the past two decades.Technological traceability analysis identifies three systemic issues:limited collaboration between industry,academia,and research institutions;insufficient technological barriers to entry;and inefficiencies in translating scientific research into commercial applications.These factors collectively contribute to the industry's reliance on short-term applications at the expense of foundational innovation.To address these bottlenecks,this study proposes a comprehensive strategy:1)Establishing a conservation and expansion system for the original breeding base of northeast forest frogs to enhance genetic resource sustainability;2)Prioritizing core technologies in fully artificial breeding and deep processing of wood frog-derived products to overcome scalability and innovation limitations;3)Strengthening intellectual property protection mechanisms to incentivize R&D activities;4)Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to improve the transformation of research achievements into practical applications.Collectively,these measures aim to rebalance the industrial chain,bridge technological disparities,and ensure long-term competitiveness.The findings emphasize the urgency of redirecting innovation efforts toward upstream research while strategically optimizing the downstream patent landscape,offering a systematic roadmap to resolve structural constraints within the wood frog industry.
