近视已经成为全球最常见的公共卫生问题,其低龄化和重度化趋势明显,而目前的近视防控手段均有不足之处.重复低强度红光(RLRL)疗法从弱视替代疗法衍生而来,作为儿童近视的非药物干预手段,获得了广泛的关注和临床应用.在 RLRL 有效性之外,很多家长和眼底病医生担心其对眼底的安全性造成影响.我们综合分析 RLRL 治疗近视安全性的相关报道发现,迄今为止,现有的证据尚不足以推断 RLRL 会影响近视儿童眼底安全性.

Myopia has become the most common public health problem globally,with a notable trend toward younger onset and increased severity.Current myopia control measures have limitations.Derived from amblyopia alternative thera-pies,repeated low-level red light(RLRL)therapy,as a non-pharmacological intervention for childhood myopia,has garnered extensive attention and clinical application.Despite its effectiveness,many parents and ophthalmologists specializing in fun-dus diseases worry about its potential impact on fundus safety.A comprehensive analysis of available reports on the safety of RLRL therapy for myopia reveals that,to date,the existing evidence is insufficient to infer that RLRL affects the fundus safety in myopic children.
