软土道路土石混填路基修筑技术与施工质量控制OA
Construction Technology and Quality Control of Soil and Rock Mixed Fill Subgrade for Soft Soil Roads
针对含水率高的软土地质道路路基施工压实度不高、沉降变形程度大等不足,提出软土道路土石混填路基修筑技术与施工质量控制.根据地质结构设计道路施工具体方案,勘测区域土壤性质与地基承载力,选择道路干线施工位置.测量支护点、边坡线、路基标高等关键参数并放置样标,分析软土土质选择合适的土石材料,优化土石混料配比;进行排水固结后分层填筑路基材料并夯实,利用水泥搅拌桩注浆加固,降低路基孔隙率,增强结构强度与稳定性.经过沉降检测验证,该工程路基沉降变形已经控制在 2 mm 以内,压实度达到 90%以上,具有良好的结构稳定性.
This paper proposes construction technology and quality control of soil and rock mixed fill subgrade for soft soil roads in response to the shortcomings of low compaction and large settlement deformation in the construction of soft soil roadbeds with high moisture content.According to the geological structure design of the specific road construction plan,the soil properties and ground bearing capacity of the area are surveyed and the location for the construction of the road trunk line is selected.Key parameters such as support points,slope lines and roadbed elevations are measured;sample labels are placed;the quality of the soft soil is analysed;appropriate soil and rock materials are selected;and the ratio of the soil-rock mixture is optimized.Following drainage consolidation,the subgrade material is filled in layers and compacted,and a cement mixing pile is employed for grouting and reinforcement purposes,thereby reducing porosity and enhancing the strength and stability of the structure.Following settlement detection and verification,the deformation settlement of the engineering subgrade is controlled to within 2 mm and the compaction degree reaches over 90%,providing good structural stability.
