试验旨在研究低聚异麦芽糖合生元对犊牛生长性能、腹泻率、营养物质表观消化率和免疫功能的影响,将32头3~4月龄健康断奶荷斯坦公犊牛[体重为(105.72±3.57)kg]随机分成对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、低聚异麦芽糖组(添加0.2%低聚异麦芽糖)、益生菌组(添加0.2%益生菌)、低聚异麦芽糖合生元组(添加0.2%低聚异麦芽糖合生元).结果显示:与对照组相比,各试验组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),低聚异麦芽糖合生元料重比均显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,各试验组腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05),且低聚异麦芽糖合生元组显著低于其余2个试验组(P<0.05).与对照组相比,各试验组干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05),且低聚异麦芽糖合生元组DM、CP表观消化率显著高于其余2个试验组(P<0.05).与对照组相比,各试验组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)含量均显著降低(P<0.05),且低聚异麦芽糖合生元组IgG含量显著高于其余2个试验组(P<0.05).综上,日粮中添加0.2%低聚异麦芽糖、0.2%益生菌、0.2%低聚异麦芽糖合生元均能够改善犊牛的生长性能、腹泻率、营养物质表观消化率和免疫功能,以低聚异麦芽糖合生元的作用效果最佳.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of isomalto-oligosaccharide(IMO)synbi-otics on growth performance,diarrhea rate,apparent digestibility of nutrients,and immune function in calves.A total of 32 healthy weaned Holstein male calves aged 3-4 months[with a body weight of(105.72±3.57)kg]were randomly divided into four groups,namely the control group(fed a basal diet),the IMO group(supplemented with 0.2%isomalto-oligosaccharides),the probiotics group(supplemented with 0.2%probiot-ics),and the IMO synbiotics group(supplemented with 0.2%isomalto-oligosaccharide synbiotics).The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)of all experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)of the IMO synbiotics group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);mean-while,the diarrhea rate of all experimental groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the diar-rhea rate of the IMO synbiotics group was signifi-cantly lower than that of the other two experimental groups(P<0.05).In terms of nutrient digestibility,com-pared with the control group,the digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in all experimental groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the digestibility of DM and CP in the IMO synbiotics group was significantly higher than that in the other two experimental groups(P<0.05).Regarding immune-related indicators,compared with the control group,the contents of immunoglobulin G(IgG),total protein(TP),and albumin(ALB)in all experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the IgG content in the IMO synbiotics group was significantly higher than that in the other two experimental groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,supplementation of 0.2%IMO,0.2%probiotics,or 0.2%IMO synbiotics in the diet can all improve the growth performance,diarrhea rate,apparent digest-ibility of nutrients,and immune function of calves,and the IMO synbiotics show the best effect.
