目的:探讨对分课堂在神经生物学教学中的应用效果.方法:以济宁医学院2021级精神医学专业本科生为对照组(n=95),2022级精神医学专业本科生为教改组(n=101).在神经生物学课程教学中,对照组应用传统教学方法,而教改组应用对分课堂教学.分析应用对分课堂教学章节的成绩,并通过自制调查问卷分析教改组学生对对分课堂的评价、在神经生物学教学中融入对分课堂的效果评价及学生对实施对分课堂的建议等.结果:与对照组相比,教改组应用对分课堂章节的成绩呈现升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).共回收有效问卷95份.其中,92.63%的学生认为神经生物学理论性强;53.68%的学生对对分课堂有较好的认识;93.68%的学生认为对分课堂适用于神经生物学教学.96.84%的学生认为课前发布资料适合神经生物学教学,且63.16%的学生课前对导读资料讨论时间不少于10 min.分别有88.42%、95.79%、83.16%、91.58%的学生认为对分课堂的实施有助于更好地理解相关知识点、有效参与神经生物学的讨论活动、提高逻辑思维能力和团队协作能力.96.84%的学生认可对分课堂的效果.71.58%的学生表示非常需要一定的实验过程,52.63%的学生认为需增加教师授课时间,50.53%的学生建议对于较难理解的理论知识可以采用隔堂讨论.结论:对分课堂能更有效地提升学生对神经生物学相关知识点的理解,提高学生逻辑思维能力及课堂活动参与度等.但其应用也面临一定的挑战,应根据章节难度适当调整教师授课时间并增加相应实验内容,从而进一步提高教学效果.

Objective:To explore the application effects of the Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion(PAD)class in the teaching of Neurobiology.Methods:The undergraduate students of grade 2021 majoring in Psychiatry at Jining Medical University were selected as the control group(n=95),and those of grade 2022 were selected as the teaching reform group(n=101).In the Neurobiology course,the control group received traditional teaching methods,while the teaching reform group received the PAD class model.The scores of chapters taught using the PAD class model were analyzed.Additionally,a self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching reform group's perceptions of the PAD class,the effects of integrating the PAD class into Neurobiology teaching,and their suggestions for its implementation.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of the teaching reform group in the chapters taught using the PAD class model showed an increasing trend,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).A total of 95 valid questionnaires were collected.Among them,92.63%considered neurobiology to be highly theoretical,53.68%had a good understanding of the PAD class,and 93.68%believed that the PAD class was suitable for Neurobiology teaching.Furthermore,96.84%of the students agreed that pre-class material was appropriate for Neurobiology teaching,and 63.16%spending no less than 10 min discussing the pre-class reading materials.Regarding the implementation effect,88.42%,95.79%,83.16%,and 91.58%of the students believed that the PAD class helped them better understand relevant knowledge points,effectively participate in Neurobiology discussion activities,improve logical thinking ability,and enhance teamwork skills,respectively.Additionally,96.84%of students recognized the effectiveness of the PAD class.However,71.58%of students indicated a strong need for incorporating experimental processes,52.63%suggested that teacher lecture time should be increased,and 50.53%recommended that difficult theoretical knowledge could be discussed in a subsequent class session.Conclusions:The PAD class can enhance students'understanding of relevant knowledge points in Neurobiology,improve their logical thinking abilities,and increase their participation in classroom activities.Nevertheless,its application also presents certain challenges.To further improve teaching effectiveness,teacher lecture time should be appropriately adjusted according to the difficulty of the chapters,and corresponding experimental content should be added.
